In this presentation from The Accounts Payable Tech Summit "December 2010", Ib Tinghøj Hansen, First Vice President in Financial Shared Service Centre, DANSKE BANK shows how is this bank going to achieve its targets for 2012: 100% payments on time, 80% of invoices handled by e-invoicing, with 50% of these going straight through with touchless processing. All of this means an FTE reduction of almost one third (from 64 to 44 FTEs) for invoice processing.
