One thing we are most proud of: Finance transformation (with shared services as a key component) being recognized as the “cornerstone” change initiative for the European business during the past 5 years, i.e. successfully enabling rapid change of the overall European business model (from loose conglomerate to ‘one company’) while delivering substantial cost reductions in both transactional and business finance and improving finance function capabilities.
