The Electronic Invoicing Group by the Euro Banking Association has released a possible Service Description and Rulebook for a pan-European e-invoicing service.

This document is designed to set out a description of a pan-European service, which would support the provision of e-invoicing services by banks to their customers and where specialist e-invoicing service providers are also included in a number of potential roles.
