Pagero offer cloud services (via Pagero Online) in an open network that enables private and public sector to stay digital and connect globally with customers and suppliers for easy, secure and cost-efficient exchange of business documents and thereby offer compliance and the key to financial control. To handle the complexity of an open network in the cloud, Pagero Online is designed with a many-to-many architecture, offering the ability to create e-business relationships across the entire network. Our customers can search and add business partners in Pagero Online, including the extended partner network, without the need of any intervention from Pagero.
Pagero Online cloud services support the complete P2P (Purchase-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) process. All our services are based on our concept Touchless processes™, where we analyse data and/or combinations of data to achieve our customers' goal of a process with minimum human involvement. We achieve these goals by activating value-added services, for example verification, enrichment and master data handling. Pagero has global customers reaching more than 60% touchless operations by leveraging the power of Pagero's services and our Touchless processes approach. It does not matter which document format companies use, since all transactions automatically are converted from any supplier format to the correct buyer format and vice versa in Pagero Online.
Pagero Online and our services are designed for on the fly adjustments to accommodate changes in business processes or to meet new business requirements. Format standards do not mean plug and play. All formats have dialects to suit different business processes and will change over time. Pagero extends and adjusts formats in the cloud, instantly beneficial for all our customers. Furthermore, Pagero offer services for validation of master data with change alerts and enrichment of documents for both the receiving and sending side.
