Director of Financial Operations

The Director of Finance will be a senior member and will liaise with business units and Executive Management; reporting to the VP of Finance.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Support the Digital, Publishing and Production groups by monitoring and controlling all financial aspects of the business
• Create the preliminary operating budget and medium range plan
• Participate in the month end closing process, performing reviews of revenue, mix, gross margin and expenses to ensure the accuracy of the monthly financial statement
• Direct the plant investment analysis, accounting and control functions
• Key support person for the senior management team
• Provide support for the incentive compensation plan process for the different business groups
• Management and development of a staff of 5
