Multilingual Purchase-to-Pay Team Leader

A Business Support Centre in Budapest handling Financial Transaction Processing, Customer Service and Database activities is currently looking for a new colleague to lead and support the Purchase-to-Pay team. All of his/her activities will be aimed at maintaining and improving the satisfaction of the partner and ensuring meeting the SLA.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring processing and booking invoices(PO and non PO), travel expenses and petty cash in time
  • Coordinating and supervising the month end, quarter end and year end close activities
  • Making regular and ad hoc reports such as KPI, status report, lost call reports…
  • Supporting the work of assistants and specialists, solving the escalated problems, and escalating problems with solution proposals to the supervisor
  • Communicate regularly with the partner and suppliers, maintaining good relationships to ensure quality work- Ensures resource allocation to work in an effective way
  • Helping in keeping the processes up to date – tracking and documenting all the changes
  • Helping the work of the supervisor with his/her work and feedbacks, working independently
  • Checking the performance of his/her team continuously and organizing 1:1 meetings and mentoring
  • Supporting process transfers and recruitment process
