Finance Director

An IT Managed Services/Outsourcing provider based in Hertfordshire have a requirement for a dynamic and driven individual to take up the key post of Finance Director.

Responsibilities:

• You will work closely with the board Ensure the timely completion of statutory accounts
• Planning, cash forecasting and budgeting
• Responsibility for the group audit function
• Identify areas of system improvements and processes
• Heavy involvement reviewing commercial supplier contracts
• Working with group accounts

Also within the role you will be responsible for working closely with the senior management team and department heads, managing a finance team who look after a significant division with ambitious growth plans. You will ensure tight financial controls are in place and ensure the division is run within agreed financial targets.

You will also be involved in tendering for wider business, further commercial negotiations with clients and working towards agreeing and delivering strategic goals.
