Business Process Improvement Specialist

As the Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will be a key member of the Procurement Centre of Excellence which focuses on a number of Procurement disciplines such Contact Centres, Outsourcing and Off-shoring, Contingent Labour, IT Mega-Vendors and Procure to Pay systems.

You will review all current business improvement processes, policies and initiatives and ensure they are updated, developed and competitive with the global best practices.

In this fixed term role that ceases on the 30th of December 2012, you will be responsible for the governance and maintenance of key processes, the development of a long term strategic plan for procurement and the establishment of access to local, national and global industry practices and industry associations.

You will develop and maintain optimum metrics, approaches and processes, including sourcing processes, operating models, implementation and transition plans. You will also be involved in the management of internal and external stakeholders across all sourced and shared service environments.
