Senior Manager, Accounts Payable

NetApp is looking for a Senior Manager, Accounts Payable in California.

Responsibilities:

• “Local” Management of North America P2P Operations
• Manage team of local accounts payable employees in all aspects of AP function / content – vendor and employee payables, travel and purchasing card administration and vendor maintenance
• The team is expected to be trained, developed and delivering results at levels that exceed our service level commitments with business clients
• Manage operational direction and oversight framework of service providers. Manage service level evolution and achievement; ensure rootcause analysis is completed for all service level misses; ensure comprehensive process documentation is updated in a timely manner and the team is adhering to established process and procedures
• Prepare business reviews and deliver presentations to senior management regarding operations carried-out by assigned vendor
• Further develop service management capabilities of the team –enabling the team to further separate from transaction details
• Establish appropriate service levels with internal and external stakeholders and ensure outsourced team’s service levels support these commitments
