Head of Finance, Shared Services

The Head of Finance, Shared Services will be responsible for managing the shared service function for the business that includes: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report, Master Data Management, and Audit as well as projects and process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Financial control across all supported countries
• Team management and development - recruit, train, motivate
• Drive an environment of continuous improvement, instilling best practice across the team
• Manage the integration of acquisitions into the shared environment
• Play a key role in the strategic development and planning for the finance business unit
