Project Manager - Finance Shared Services

Project Manager - Finance Shared Services needed for Shared Services Centre located in Kuala Lumpur.
Responsibilities:
- To transition the processes to the Shared Service Centre (e.g. conduct presentations, weekly teleconference calls, project log issue resolution, system design and configuration)
- To conduct workshops to understand “As-Is” technology/process/people processes and lead the design of transition plans to move such processes
- To liaise with SSC transaction processing staff and external vendors on new transitions, to ensure new services can be delivered to the signed-off SLAs
- To assist in the development of the Finance “To-Be” process and operating environment, encapsulated in the operating manual
