Shared Services Manager

NRG is recruiting for their client, Based in Durham for a Shared Services Manager.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant or have similar experience; you will come from a commercial environment with at least 2 years recent experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive/ Motivate Team with strong KPI’s and objectives
- Imove/ Standardise information flow to customers
- Challenge the function (e.g. review/ challenge how/ when we pay)
- Deliver against finance functional plans (e.g. debtor days etc)
- All treasury function responsibilities and reporting from cash management to invoice discounting control and reconciliations
- Audit Control
They are looking for a good strong Manager with experience of working with operational managers and customers.
