Head of Finance Shared Services

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for Sovereign’s Financial Shared Services (FSS) function, the preparation of all Statutory Financial Reporting and the provision of financial advice.

You will implement and deliver a class leading operational financial support model across all areas of Sovereigns operations, working closely with other senior finance managers to achieve consistency and commercial best practice in financial accounting, tax and all transactional processing.

You will take a central role in driving a high performing culture in the operational areas of Finance, developing an ethos of continuous improvement to enhance the delivery of the shared services teams.

Working closely with the Executive Team to ensure that the Finance Shared Services function is embedded into the business and receives the support required to fulfil its responsibilities
