HR Shared Services Director

A HR Director for Shared Services needed in Omaha, Nebraska.

The successful candidate will oversee Payroll, Benefits, Leaves of Absence, HR Administration, Policy and vendor management supporting 25,000 employees globally.

The HR Director will report to a VP of HR, manage a staff of 10-15 direct reports and support 3 US regions. This person will work operationally and make recommendations for process improvements and expand service center from a domestic program to a global program.

• Seeking prior experience managing an HR Service Center for a large company with strategic vision for a best in class regional HR Service delivery model
• Implement and manage new service methodologies across the region
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with HR regional Partners to focus on key priorities and deliver HR excellence
• Identify and manage risks to ensure service delivery across all areas
• Encourage team members to critically review activities conducted with a view to process improvement and automation
