Director - Global Shared Services

This position is for a finance professional who would enjoy being part of a fast growing organization within the structure or a global leader.

Delivering on today requirements while envisioning and building solutions for the future Global Shared Services function is key to this role being a successful part of the GSS organization.

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of Chartis GSS Financial Management
• Planning and reporting on the group's annual operating and capital budget and the monthly reporting of the group's financial results and resource profiles
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve cost controls, management information reporting, financial efficiency opportunities
• Manage a relatively complex benefit reporting capability that reinforces the value delivered to the business
• Evaluate and advise on billing rate adequacy and propose rates for new work and revised rates for existing work to optimize business partner savings while maintaining transfer pricing requirements
• Coordinate required monthly input and related commentary by SS location into the (MIS) system: Clarity
• Coordinate the legal documentation (Service agreements and statements of work) between the shared service companies and the business partners they serve
• Manage the complex inter-company billing, collections and settlement process to ensure accuracy and capital efficiency globally for the shared service companies and their clients
• Provide comprehensive consultation to business units when necessary on the impact of Shared Services on their business, country, and/or region
• Lead clear and concise executive level presentation and meeting materials for a variety of audiences
