Position Responsibilities

• Creates return-on-investment (ROI)-focused environment and manages the capital planning process to meet established targets
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Drives regional financial performance across entire profit and loss (P&L), including merchandising and operating functions, and related costs
• Manages regional financial planning and budgeting process
• Provides overall direction for regional financial activities
• Provides strategic decision support for the region
• Serves as subject matter expert on financial issues
