Chief Financial Officer

Reporting directly to the CEO this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to take overall responsibility to lead a team of professionals, for finance function including not only the Financial & Management Accounting but also the Strategic Planning and the Risk Management functions, in a fast paced and challenging market of a leading manufacturing business listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange.

Role Objectives:

• To provide support to the CEO and the leadership team in accordance with the corporate vision and business strategy; providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business
• To ensure that accurate and timely financial & management reports are produced in line with CMA, Company and Regulatory requirements
• To ensure effective External Audits and Reviews, with a view to meet all regulatory requirements and deadlines; and Compliance to all relevant regulations and best practices
• To influence and direct the business financially to enable it to achieve long term sustained profitability
• To ensure effective management of risk and opportunity within the business to enable it to achieve planned profitability within a controlled framework
