Global R2P Manager, Systems

Novartis International AG Is looking for Global R2P Manager, Systems. This position is Switzerland-based.

In this role, you will act as the Business Lead for the selection, design, deployment and governance of the full portfolio of R2P systems (enterprise assets).

You will ensure the creation, deployment and ongoing governance of a comprehensive suite of R2P systems which will provide a common, efficient and intuitive interface for internal users and 3rd party suppliers.

You will steer implementation programs and manage deployment project managers both directly and indirectly to ensure project excellence, customer satisfaction and the attainment of financial benefits as defined in the business cases for each system.

System selection:

• Lead the selection of enterprise assets together with Group ERP where there are gaps in the portfolio 
• Collect and evaluate divisional and functional input, ensuring system selection is transparent and credible
• Support the global Process Manager, ERP in the design and documentation of Level 5 detail where there are interactions between the ERP and the other systems System Implementation 
• Act as the Business Program Manager for the deployment and enhancement projects across the full systems portfolio in collaboration with the Group ERP team
• Support the CORE build and design of R2P systems ensuring adherence to global R2P standard process

Project Management:

• Manage Business project leaders both directly and indirectly taking full accountability for the project success including project timelines, fulfilment of business requirements and attainment of financial benefits
• Lead the change management activities surrounding the deployment or enhancement of the systems in the portfolio, including: coordinating end user training, sharing executive updates and highlights, and providing timely and compelling communication around the Systems enhancements and deployments
• Lead Global projects, building consensus and ensuring both compliance with core processes and stakeholder satisfaction
• Support countries and FSCs in the implementation of the standard systems portfolio 
• Support Outsourcing team in transitions, and scope extensions to deliver process standardarization and efficiency in outsourcing centers
