Supervisor Accounts Payable (Shared Services Center)

To support its business strategies, Endo Pharmaceuticals is currently seeking a Supervisor Accounts Payable for their new Shared Services Center to be located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Manager Accounts Payable Shared Service Center, the Supervisor Accounts Payable will be responsible for ensuring delivery of AP services per established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to multiple businesses entities within Endo. This position is responsible for the supervision of the AP team members including gathering and reporting on the department's processing metrics including determining relevant statistical data to measure.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Lead a team of 7-9 people in Endo’s Accounts Payable (AP) Shared Services Center (SSC)

• Supporting recruitment, motivation, retention and growth of team members
• Managing day-to-day activities of the AP department

Responsible for supervising AP activities across multiple businesses entities within Endo

• Responsible for ensuring performance of the AP department to agreed-to SLAs
• Supporting transition of AP functions at other locations into the SSC
