The AutoNation Shared Service Center (SSC) is currently seeking a Purchasing Card (Pcard) Supervisor.

The PCard Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day direction of the pcard team activities. The supervisor is the contact for escalated issues and problem resolution with dealerships, banks and vendors. The Pcard Supevisor is responsible for continuous growth and process improvements within the pcard team.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the direction of the pcard administrators, for their assigned responsibilities, and ensuring that Service Level Agreements are met and maintained in accordance w/SSC policy
  • Seek, compose and present proposals for growth opportunities to pcard programs
  • Oversee rollout of new programs
  • Ensure card programs are run in accordance with AN policy
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with third parties
  • Maintain reports in a secured matter and adhere to confidentiality best practices
  • Resolve escalated issues not solved at either the support desk or lead level
  • Track employee attendance and maintain timekeeping records
  • Manage employee quarterly reviews
  • Conduct interviews, associate one on ones, coaching and disciplinary action as needed
  • Provide crucial input to the AP manager regarding employee hiring, and performance issues
  • Flexibility in schedule to ensure all work is complete on deadline critical nights
