Senior Manager, Finance

The Senior Manager position is in the Finance Process and System’s organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining the reporting landscape for the greater Finance organization.

Individual in this role will be responsible for driving initiatives, steward for system changes through the enhancement process, and defining the 3 to 5 year roadmap for reporting across the finance function.

Key activities will include:

• Establishes strategy and priorities for E2E process and technology, consistent with the Company/Finance vision (e.g. standard, scalable, compliant and cost effective).
• Accountability for working with the business representatives on process design, global policies, and establishing and achieving end-to-end metrics.
• Leads design workshops to identify requirements and coordinate the design reporting solutions and related processes.
• Drives process design and business justification decisions is support of the reporting landscape. 
• Reviews, discusses, and recommends changes to reporting landscape, process and/or technology scope with Finance Leadership.
• Owner of global reporting related initiatives from design to business readiness/implementation.
• Closely align with eBI Finance Advocates and Subject Matter Experts.
• Host regular eBI/Reporting super user meetings and regular informational brown bags for the Finance community.
