Engagement Executive - Global Shared Services

Chartis, world leading property-casualty and general insurance organization, is looking for Engagement Executive-Global Shared Services based in New York.

Job Description

• Manages functional leadership Engagements to identify, assess, and build business alignment on shaping and defining shared services opportunities on a global basis
• Provides leadership and influences Company Presidents/Operations Executives for their respective regional business units to define the corporate shared services strategy and how to maximize business effectiveness
• Oversees multiple project assessment and/or work streams to define and gain agreement on shared services opportunities across all Chartis services & functions (e.g., Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, Administration, etc.)
• Manages Project Managers and/or vendor resources to execute OP IDs across multiple disciplines directly to ensure standardized, effective and timely execution of functional process assessments in conjunction with partner organizations
