Director of Shared Services

A successful international manufacturing organization with NA headquarters in the Chicago suburbs, is seeking a Director, Shared Services. Responsibilities will include managing all of the AP, AR, banking, credit management, financial/management reporting, and budgeting/forecasting. Individual will report to Senior Management and will be an integral part of the executive team. 

To be considered, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

• Must be a proven coach and mentor
• Have prior Shared Services management experience
• Ideally at a Sr. Manager or Director level
• Have experience with a multi-national manufacturing organization and hands on experience with a large ERP system
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is also required (MBA and/or CPA are pluses.)
