G4S International is looking for a Head of HR Shared Services to be based in Worcestershire, UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR Shared Services function and work with Partners, HR ops and business managers to ensure services and activities are aligned with overall corporate and business plans
- To develop and implement change initiatives that positively impact business results
- Provide timely and appropriate guidance to the Shared Services managers/partners and business leads on the options available to tackle issues, ensuring projects are managed, costed and delivered on time
- Engage with HR and Operations to work in partnership in relation to change initiative
- Manage HRSS budget, demonstrating best value, meeting customer requirements as per agreed SLA
- Provide timely and accurate reports to include KPI measures and performance tracking of services, managing the team to deliver and exceed targets
- Driving performance and process improvement plans, monitoring and reporting on team and individual performance
- Development of service specification and service performance management to include customer relationship management
- Effective engagement for all stakeholders to include proactive communication plans, reporting and project management
- Proactively identify growth and improvement opportunities whilst supporting business growth
