G4S International is looking for a Head of HR Shared Services to be based in Worcestershire, UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR Shared Services function and work with Partners, HR ops and business managers to ensure services and activities are aligned with overall corporate and business plans
  • To develop and implement change initiatives that positively impact business results
  • Provide timely and appropriate guidance to the Shared Services managers/partners and business leads on the options available to tackle issues, ensuring projects are managed, costed and delivered on time
  • Engage with HR and Operations to work in partnership in relation to change initiative
  • Manage HRSS budget, demonstrating best value, meeting customer requirements as per agreed SLA
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to include KPI measures and performance tracking of services, managing the team to deliver and exceed targets
  • Driving performance and process improvement plans, monitoring and reporting on team and individual performance
  • Development of service specification and service performance management to include customer relationship management
  • Effective engagement for all stakeholders to include proactive communication plans, reporting and project management
  • Proactively identify growth and improvement opportunities whilst supporting business growth
