Director, Shared Services and Outsourcing

KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Sourcing for Management Consulting practice to join them in their New York office.

Responsibilities:

• Advise KPMG clients through the global shared services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) planning, deployment and management lifecycle
• Establish and standardize internal advisory tools and delivery frameworks
• Guide clients on alternative shared services delivery models including captive centers, joint ventures, spin-offs, and hybrid sourcing relationships

Qualifications:

• Ten years of BPO and shared services experience including specific functional area experience in Information Technology (IT) as well as four years of experience with an advisory firm or service provider providing sourcing, such as outsourcing and shared services, with emphasis in global BPO
• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university; MBA or advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
• Knowledge in a second functional area of outsourcing or shared services including procurement, human resources, and finance and accounting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large teams, complex work streams, and projects and gain the confidence and respect of senior level executives
• Experience in account relationship growth and business development
