CFO / Finance Director

The infrastructure PE company is looking a for CFO / Finance Director in Hong Kong, China.

Successful candidates should possess strong strategic planning skills, analytical and business savvy in order to maintain existing investor relations and cultivate new ones. The incumbent will be working alongside the CEO and the COO.

The idea of teaching and planning as well as managing the Risk manager and Financial Controller should be your motivation as you will have bigger involvement in conceptualising strategies and faithfully overseeing the completion of the strategy from scratch.

Candidates with previous CFO or Finance Director background from private equity companies dealing with infrastructure is highly sought after. A combination of mergers and acquisition experiences alongside leasing and interest rates experience is a definite plus!

Fluency in English and Putonghua is a necessity as only strong communicators in both languages will be considered.
