Finance Manager

International insurance company with head quarters in the US and strong presence in Asia Pacific is currently looking for a Finance Manager for their team in Hong Kong, China.

The Role

• Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 3 as follow
• To oversee the finance operation of life insurance business and ensure financial reports are prepared in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with local regulatory and Group requirements
• Support financial accounting services provided to other group companies. Create and maintain a process that facilitates the deliverables to be completed accurately and timely
• To prepare monthly, quarterly, semi annual and annual reporting to regional office and headquarter
• Provide review and analysis of balance sheet items on a monthly basis with a view to comply to capital requirement
• Monitor and ensure reports are in compliance with the accounting standards, group and local insurance accounting / reporting guidelines
