Corporate Finance Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

One of the Big 4 accounting firms in Hong Kong is currently looking for a highly motivated Corporate Finance Manager to join their Corporate Finance Mergers and Acquisitions team. They provide organisations with constructive advice throughout the transaction life cycle.

Job Description

• actively involved in origination and execution of M&A deals for Southeast Asian clients
• providing Buy and Sell side M&A services to major corporate, SMEs and private equity funds
• executing tasks encompassing building financial models, valuation, drafting information memorandums, financial analysis and reviewing due diligence reports
• conducting research and market analysis to help assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment
• contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, business development and marketing initiative
• Requirements
• Holding a bachelor degree in finance, actuarial science, accounting, business administration or MBA
• Professional certification of CICPA, HKICPA, CFA or relevant qualification
• 4 years’ relevant work experience, of which experiences in Big 4 firm and/or bank treasury are preferred
• Possess working knowledge of financial analysis and modeling with a good understanding of M&A and corporate finance
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
