UK Head of HR Shared Services

An opportunity has arisen to work as the UK Head of HR Services in Berkshire, UK.

HR Services was established over a decade ago and has evolved significantly in that time to include a number of outsourced services and first and second line HR resolution service. The function is now viewed as well established and an effective service provider to the business.

Managing a team of 40+, the ideal candidate for the role will be an experienced shared services professional who has a strong background in SSC environments, people management and exposure to managing third party relationships.

The position will include ensuring the shared service delivers HR query handling, recruitment, Payroll, process transactions etc.
