Vice President Shared Services & Support Operations

Advocate Medical Group is looking to hire a Vice President of Shared Services & Support Operations to be based in Oak Brook, United States.

Responsibilities:

• Provides overall leadership and shared direction to Shared and Support Operations to insure that Advocate Medical Group (AMG) has the facilities, operating systems, information systems and resources to achieve optimal health outcomes
• Insures that new practice facilities are appropriate to the scope of patient services provided consistent with AMG standards, operational performance and patient experience goals.
• Oversees integration of new physician practices to meet AMG’s growth objectives
• Facilitates the effective adaption of information technologies to insure safe and effective patient care processes.
• Creates efficiencies in systems and process through the systemic application of performance improvement methodologies.
