Service Management Lead - Finance Transformation

Financial Services firm require a Service Management Lead to work on a major finance transformation programme. The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the Service Management framework that will support the new finance organisation.

Service Management is the framework that defines the solution for the introduction, support, implementation, delivery, management, measurement and reporting of the Finance services/processes to its internal and external customers.

The key responsibilities will include holding overall ownership and design for the service management framework. You will define, confirm and document the services the new Finance organisation will deliver/perform.

The successful candidate will also gain buy-in from senior executives within the business to drive through changes to working practices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this leading firm working on a high-profile multi-year project.
