Share Service Center Manager

There is an opening for a Share Service Center Manager at a multinational company providing conformity assessment, certification and consulting services to industry, government and individuals. The role is based in Shanghai, China. 

The Finance Shared Services Manager will lead the operations, supporting and end-to-end processes in North China accounting. This position will contribute to the design and implementations of our North China finance shared services strategy and manage a team of 30+ staffs. Additionally, the successful person in this position will:

• Ensuring the processes underlying the payment and receipt of funds are delivered
• Managing daily cash flow and working capital
• Deliver against KPIs and re mediating against process issues.
• Monitor Operating Cash Flow for CPS North China entities
• Direct supervision of the credit collection team for North China
• Ensure proper internal control are implemented
• Liaise with external auditor (PWC) for the Group and Statutory audit
• Work with Asia Tax Director to implement new policy and procedure to comply with new tax regulation in North China, e.g. VAT for Shanghai entities
• Actively managing relationships with internal and key customer stakeholders
