Construction and engineering organisation Kiewit is recruiting for a Shared Service Accounting Manager.

The primary function of this position is the financial management and reporting for a 50MM overhead, distributed amongst 12 departments and key responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly reporting of results, and review with department heads
  • Financial management of a shared service accounting department, including billings, cost distribution to multiple internal companies, month end process and annual business planning
  • Overhead (OH) reporting
  • Staff and cost tracking
  • Production of reports showing trends/reduce cost
  • Assisting project sites in understanding the process
  • Allocating costs
  • Managing rent entries
  • AP/purchasing process for overheads
  • Occasional work with building management
