Greggs the Bakers is to deliver 100% of its invoices electronically using UNIT4 Business Software, the UK division of business software group UNIT4.
Using the Invoice4 hybrid invoice processing solution, Greggs will be able to deliver all of its invoices electronically into its existing UNIT4 Coda Financials system. Greggs is already a customer of UNIT4 having already used the companies services to automate accounts payable within its shared service centre. The new solution will further increase the efficiency of accounts payable through UNIT4’s solution which is designed to increase invoice match rates and provide invoice exception management.
Lee Massingham, Supply Chain Financial Controller at Greggs said, “Invoice4 ensures we no longer manually enter invoices into our Coda Financials solution and dedicated exception handling and reporting is absolutely key to our Shared Service Centre driving out invoice exceptions.”
