Shared Services Lead

There is an available opening in Singapore for Shared Servies Lead.

They are currently looking to recruit a Finance Lead to oversee the billings and collections function within the shared service set up. This role will oversee a team of finance professionals and you will take a lead in process improvements and leading initiatives to streamline financial processes.

You will be responsible for ensuring key operational metrics are achieved and also be part of the leadership team to implement strategies for bringing about automation in the processes. You will partner the business stakeholders in the order to cash function and drive efficiencies in the whole process.

Ideally, you are degree qualified with at least 12 year's post graduation experience. You have good experience in a shared service set up, and also relevant experience in billings, credit and collections. You have good people management skills and also strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are self motivated and possess good commercial acumen.
