Head of Purchase to Pay

A company based in Brentwood, Essex currently seeks to recruit a Head of P2P (Purchase to Pay) to the Shared Services Centre, incorporating the UK, Ireland, EMEA and APAC regions.

Reporting into the Director of Shared Services, this role will lead and direct the P2P operations which includes third party and inter-company invoicing, purchase order, P-Cards, payments and remittances, vendor master data, vendor statement reconciliations and travel expenses, with the objective of providing high standards of service according to the SLA and compliance to group accounting policies.

A key part of the role is continuous improvement of the P2P end-to-end processes. The P2P team will experience significant change and, as part of the leadership, the role will lead this change, identifying and mitigating risk as the change is integrated. This is a strategic role where your experience will be key in making the change a success.
