Senior Manager or Director IT applications

C&S Wholesale Grocers is seeking a Senior Manager or Director level of leadership in their Procure to Pay Systems team.

This Director or Sr Manager is responsible for supporting and developing the systems which include purchase order processing, receiving and accounts payable systems.

This role requires strong hands-on individuals who can both drive technical development projects and maintain world class systems operations.

The Sr Manager or Director should have hands on experience in multiple full life cycle implementation experience in implementing Oracle Business Suite Procure to Pay modules.

This individual will direct/manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the applications in this area, including the analysis, programming and maintenance activities.- Works closely with senior IT and user management to ensure that the requirements for business systems projects and change requests are well understood, documented, developed, tested and maintained.

Senior Manager Requirements

Candidates must have 10 years overall experience with 5 to 7 of those years in designing, configuring, and delivering Oracle EBS Applications cradle to grave in multi billion dollar companies to solve business problems.

Director Requirements

Candidates must have 10- 15 years overall experience with 8 of those years in hands on leadership roles, directing design, configuration and delivery of Oracle EBS Applications cradle to grave in multi billion dollar companies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Works closely with business customers to implement systems projects including the development of plans, management of resources and deliverables in the Procure to Pay applications portfolio.
• Ability to Direct or Manage and lead a team of 5 people
• Provides functional and technical management for business analysts and programming resources in the portfolio including setting priorities, coaching, reviewing work products and the reporting of team activities.-
• Provides strong functional leadership directing hands on configuration, conversion and process design in the Oracle landscape.
