Senior Analyst, finance shared services business systems & processes

This position reports into the Business Operations Director. The position supports financial systems initiatives on behalf of Finance Shared Services.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional liaison for Finance Shared Services systems intiatives with other groups including businesses outside of Shared Services
• Responsible for supporting the development of strategies and plans necessary for the successful execution of these initiatives
• Develops and executes implementation methodologies including project plans, schedules, quality plans and risk/mitigation plans
• Leads the development of documentation such as requirements matrices, process flows, testing scenarios, business processes and other applicable documents as required
• Integrates common best practices into functional business processes to facilitate savings. Assists in transition efforts for M&A activity, as applicable

Primary Duties:

• Acts as functional liaison for financial systems initiatives with internal and external customers, providing translation of functional business requirements into technical specifications for Finance Shared Services systems
• Responsible for requirements development, maintenance, testing, and functional management of Finance Shared Services systems
• Interfaces with ETS on technical requirements to develop, maintain and update tools and system upgrades/updates
• Manages system workflow modifications and system configurations and adjustments as required to meet department and business needs
• Regularly and effectively communicates with external system vendors, and internal BAE customers including ETS, Finance, Operations, etc. and other businesses within the company
