Our procurement division have a high profile role in the business and responsibility for £6bn globally. By identifying and sourcing products and services that meet our exacting standards, then negotiating a good price and ensuring the products and services are available to order on the right ordering platform, our Procurement team have an enormous impact on the Tesco’s bottom line and our continued ability to develop and deliver a world-class retail offering to our customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to plan & co-ordinate all project activities related to the Procure to Pay process for Goods and Services Not for Resale and set targets for KPI’s with the team. You will also manage a varied and vast amount of stakeholders across the UK and Europe whilst communicating to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally where stakeholders have other priority deliverables
  • Change management
  • Implementing processes across the UK & Europe
  • Gain stakeholders support for all project’s and ensure they are committed to its success
  • Keep project plans up to date, on budget and deliver on time
  • Ensure that all project risks and issues have an owner and a next step that is achievable
  • Develop a clear communication channel for all end users that is adhered to
  • Deliver results that not only improve the process but also enable Tesco to save money
