The role will be responsible for providing accurate and relevant insights into service performance. In doing so, it will be required to structure and collate trends in Service performance from the dashboard and develop and share the understanding of the relationships between metrics performance.
The post holder will be responsible for providing pro-active information ensuring metric scores and supporting commentaries reflect client’s reality. In doing so, the role will require collating and establishing the link between metric performance, clients feedback and improvement initiatives.
The position also involves the monthly review of performance with individual Service Operations groups by providing insightful information for the monthly meetings and monitor action plans to address issues highlighted in the discussions.
