Chief Operating Officer

New start-up company in London is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join their fast growing business.

Responsabilities:

• Working alongside the CEO, Board and Senior Management Team to set short and long term strategic objectives and achieve all financial and non-financial goals of the company
• You will have 4 direct reports: Head of Sales, Head of Operations, Head of Service and GM N America
• Define and manage metrics with each department head and focus on inter-department collaboration
• You will provide operational management of processes for the finance and accounting function
• Analyse and report projections of sales and profit against actual figures and provide actionable methods of improving the business
• Chief spokesperson with those external to company on all matters related to company’s financial position and performance
• Prepare and manage board materials including budgets, business plan for internal management, office leases, management meetings, as well as operational and process improvements
• Working with banks and third parties to plan and lead all our corporate finance activity
