Director Finance & Shared Services Strategies

This position is responsible for leading the preparation of complex and interpretive financial analysis, reports and presentations to management for McCormick Shared Services, as well as the preparation of the strategic planning process

Responsibilities:

• Leading the creation of strategic direction that promotes the adoption of standard global processes that provide maximum financial benefit to the company by evaluating industry Best Practices, leveraging technology, driving innovation through continuous process improvement and developing a highly-effective, cost competitive organization
• Building, maintaining and leveraging relationships with internal and external business partners that will enable identification of customer needs and facilitate solutions via process and systems expertise, and through the continuous evaluation of service alternatives to provide optimal value
• Developing the annual financial plan and related analysis
• Creating, analyzing and interpreting financial statements, reports, and variances/trends in data and communicating to more senior levels in management.
