Cloud-based e-invoicing solutions provider for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payments Services Direct Insite, announced today that it has signed a three-year contract valued at more than $300,000 with a major hotel and hospitality company to provide electronic payment services.
The company will use Direct Insite’s PCI Certified Payment Gateway to enable corporate and event clients to make online payments using cards or the Automated Clearing House Network. This will allow its largest customers to electronically pay for big-ticket purchases and streamline the company’s invoicing process and potentially accelerate its cash flow.
"Hosting and catering an event for a large corporation is a complex undertaking that generates complex invoices. Our electronic invoice and payment capabilities eliminate this complexity for all parties involved, while creating new opportunities for corporations to maximize their p-card rebates,” said Direct Insite President and CEO Matthew E. Oakes.
