The search is on for a new Operations and Finance Director for a Shared Services Facility covering the UK and Ireland Operations of a FTSE 100 client with global interests and a significant presence in Europe.
The role will carry responsibility for promoting financial best practice across the region and leading the Shared Service Centre with a remit covering all finance and accounting, credit and collections, reporting and project accounting functions across all business lines.
The role carries a wider remit that includes the financial management of Mergers and Acquisitions activity including careful examination of risk.
You will be required to provide information to enable sound business decisions to be reached regarding any proposed merger or acquisition and you will be involved in the integration or absorption of acquired entities into the financial regime of the company.
