VP of Finance and Operations

A fast growing FMCG US brand listed on the NASDAQ is searching for a VP Finance & Operations for the EMEA head office.

Responsibilities:

• Bringing a wealth of financial and operational expertise coupled with the ability to take ownership, create, build and motivate your teams to deliver exceptional customer services to the business and other stakeholders.
• Work with the Managing Director to strategically align the Operation teams with the EMEA business.
• Accompany the Managing Director to meetings to negotiate and provide strategic advice and support.
• Implement and ensure that strategies required to support operational and sales objectives are established.
• To deliver accurate and timely financial information and analysis that can be used to influence decision-making and meets all company, corporate and statutory reporting requirements for the EMEA business.
