Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Representative

Festo Inc. have an excellent career opportunity for an AP/AR Representative reporting to the Supervisor of Finance. 

Responsibilities: 

• Daily calls to delinquent accounts to secure payment on outstanding invoicescalls determined by ageing reports that are downloaded from SAP
• Form collection strategies to mitigate customer objections to making timely 
• A/R payments
• Post and reconcile customer payments to general ledgers – balance daily A/R 
• batches
• Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to 
• Festo and its customers
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied cash transactions
• Daily bank reconciliation and posting of wire transfers received
• Payables
• Coding A/P invoices and posting to computer, computerized cheque runs once
• per week minimum
• Back up for inventory payables (HQ) and A/R staff.
