Head of Shared Services

A company based in the Midlands is creating a Shared Service center and needs someone to join the business to help establish, shape and lead the shared service centre.

The Head of Shared Services will lead over 100 staff covering the financial transaction processing, accounting and other administrative requirements for the business.

The ideal candidate will have experience of setting up and leading a large international shared service centre, possessing excellent motivation and management skills and experience in lean, six sigma is preferred.
