Finance Manager

Online fashion retailer ASOS are seeking a Finance Manager to join their London office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret and translate business requirements into viable solutions
• Act as the Finance representative on key business projects interfacing with IT and Business Transformation teams
• Actively participate in all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and Implementation)
• Capture and document accounting, process, control and system requirements of key projects affecting finance and reporting
• Document project phases and end-user manuals
• Work closely with user community to gather, document and prepare technical specifications for modification requests
• Take ownership of key financial data and systems reconciliations (Stock and Sales)
• Continuous improvement of Management Accounts reporting processes
• Delivery of Management Accounts reporting requirements and build capability within the team
• Ownership of the financial system and relationship with the supplier
• Identify risks and escalate them to the team
• Develop and lead the team
• Communicate consistently and clearly with the team
