Head of Shared Services

A leading company is creating a Shared Service Centre in the Midlands. This high profile and business critical project needs someone to join the business to help establish, shape and lead the shared service centre.

The Head of Shared Services will lead over 100 staff covering the financial transaction processing, accounting and other administrative requirements for the business. Joining the business at the inception of the SSC you will have responsibility for its creation, with significant responsibility for recruitment and establishing sla`s and kpi`s and a longer-term goal to drive continuous improvement to performance, productivity and quality.

The ideal candidate will have experience of setting up and leading a large international shared service centre, possessing excellent motivation and management skills and experience in lean, six sigma (or similar) is preferred.
