General Manager of Shared Services needed for a pivotal role in the ongoing and sustained development of a non-profit organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the accounting and financial reporting function driving a culture of accountability.
• Developing an appropriate customer service model and implement appropriate strategies to measure, and improve upon the level of service to customers. 
• Developing and implementing an information technology, systems and telecommunications strategy to ensure an ability to improve and maintain operations and service.
• Ensuring all assets are maintained, serviced, protected, purchased and disposed of according to appropriate processes.
• Ensuring policies & procedures are in place for all Shared Services functions and that all staff are adequately trained to comply.
• Ensuring that each business unit is supported with accurate and timely information and data.
